How can forest therapy help?

Forest therapy is a slow walk in beautiful awe inspiring natural surroundings that is totally driven by your own needs. There is no need to rush, perform for others or meet fitness targets. In fact the slow pace of a forest therapy walk has been shown to provide deep benefits to participants.

The nature medicine that the forest therapy experience provides, helps people to feel more relaxed, connected and uplifted by the sounds, smells and unique textures that the forest environment provides.

Come and experience the flora and fauna of a unique Australian forest environment. Each walk is thoroughly researched and selected to enable a beneficial forest therapy experience.

My thorough INFTA (International Nature and Forest Therapy Alliance) Forest Therapy Guide training is based on the International Core Curriculum for Forest Therapy (ICCFT) (validated by over 120 international experts from 20 countries). This training has built on my already well developed connection to nature, through over 30 years of environmental education practice.

I am so excited to share these experiences with you, so you too can begin to develop and deepen your connection with nature and experience the benefits.
